James Lynn Perry

Born in Iuka, Mississippi on October 7, 1962, Lynn holds a B.A. from Mississippi State University (1984) and a J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law (1988). Lynn is a member of the Mississippi Bar (admitted 1988), and the Alabama Bar (admitted 1992). Lynn is admitted to practice in all Courts in Mississippi and Alabama, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals (located in New Orleans, Louisiana), and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals (located in Atlanta, Georgia). Lynn has also been involved in lawsuits in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United State District Court for the Southern District of South Carolina.
Lynn handles all types of litigation, including contract actions, commercial actions, product liability actions, insurance actions, and personal injury actions.
Lynn is an active member of the Mobile Bar Association and the Bar Association of the Fifth Circuit. In addition, he is also a certified mediator.
Lynn and his wife Angela live in Spanish Fort with their children, Cole and Ellie. They attend Spanish Fort United Methodist Church and enjoy the family atmosphere Baldwin County offers. They are involved in numerous civic and locally sponsored family activities.
