David A. Busby

David A. Busby received his BS in 1996 from Troy University, and graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 1999. Upon graduating from law school in 1999, he practiced in Jackson, Mississippi until returning to the Gulf Coast in 2007. He is admitted to practice in all Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Texas State Courts, several U.S. District Courts in Alabama and Mississippi, and the U.S. Court of Civil Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.
 
Mr. Busby has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements for his clients over the course of his career. Since 1999, Mr. Busby has maintained an active practice in the areas of Personal Injury Law, Insurance Law, Products Liability Law, and Mass Torts. His present practice is focused on BP litigation, products liability, Condominium Law, Personal Injury Law, and construction litigation.
 
Mr. Busby is a speaker on BP and condominium law topics. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, and the Texas Bar Association.  He has a peer review rating of "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards.
 
He and his wife of 16 years, Joanna, reside in Fairhope, Alabama with their two daughters. He attends 3 Circle Church and is a member of the Fairhope Sunset Rotary Club.
